Kyokushin Karate Adult's Class (Indoors)

Kyokushin karate is a style of karate characterized by traditional movements, numerous kata, and sparring as a student develops. Students get stronger, more flexible, and learn resilience and self-defense as they learn and build upon new techniques, and make friends by training regularly.

Since this class will feature sparring as part of its curriculum, students will need a uniform, gloves, and shin/instep guards. Participants may also elect to wear a helmet, mouth guard, and cup as desired. Please bring water as the classes do feature ample physical activity. Feel free to ask if you have questions.

当道場の青年部は毎週火曜日と木曜日の夜にマキキ地区公園で稽古を行い、現在のところ見学も体験も大歓迎です！

極真空手は日本の伝統空手の流派の一つで、基本、型の演武、そして組手で有名な空手です。　空手を励む弟子は身体も強くなり、努力の価値を知り、友達作りもできます！

当道場に組み手もあるため、稽古着と防具が必要となります。その防具はボクシングのグローブとレッグサポーターです。　水分も用意くださいますようにお願い申し上げます。ご質問のある方はお問い合わせください！
