Our Last Meeting at the Coffee House ... and the Libertarian Lie

Details
This Sunday, September 15th, the Honolulu Philosophy Meetup will gather for the last time at the Honolulu Coffee Experience Center, 1800 Kalākaua Avenue. The Center served us well over the past eight years. Convenient to everyone in the Waikiki and Ala Moana/Kaka'ako neighborhoods, the coffee shop offered tasteful breakfast options, snacks and an array of juices and espresso drinks, as well as free parking and both indoor and lanai seating. Admittedly, traffic noise was frequently a challenge and the parking lot was sometimes full--but all in all, it served us well.
The current building is being converted into a fast food restaurant, and the Honolulu Coffee Experience Center will be moving (mid to late October) to a new location on King Street, just Diamond Head of University Avenue. Will we follow it? Will we seek a new location? Or, has the Honolulu Philosophy Meetup served its purpose and is this, perhaps, an opportune time to move on to other interests that we each may have?
Please join us as we weigh this crucial decision, to be followed by a short presentation on what I call "The Libertarian Lie."
