What we’re about
Who We Are
We are a field catalyst for Hawaii’s startup and tech economy. ThriveHI is the backbone of the movement to make Hawaii an entrepreneurial tech hub.
Our Vision
One day, Hawaii will be a place where all people—especially kama’aina and kanaka maoli—can thrive.
Our Mission
We want to make Hawaii a globally competitive, entrepreneurial tech epicenter.
At ThriveHI, we focus on growing the necessary talent, capital investment, government support, and sense of community to help Hawaii’s startup and tech scene grow.
By joining the ThriveHI community, we ask that you live into the following community values:
- Kuleana: We have a deep sense of responsibility and commitment to bettering our community. We work to uplift each other, and we make sure to leave the physical spaces we gather in better than we found it.
- Ha’a Ha’a: Regardless of what we’ve achieved, there is always more opportunity to grow. We approach every interaction with a sense of curiosity and humility.
- Pono: We act with the utmost sense of righteousness.
