I invite you to a warm, relaxing session with gentle stretching, movement, and mindful connection to your sensations.

Through tantric and Taoist practices, we’ll awaken the body’s sensitivity, deepen the connection with ourselves, and allow energy to flow freely.

This is about the pleasure of simple movement, about femininity, warmth, and self-love, feeling. The session is suitable for all levels — no special experience needed.

Come in comfortable clothing and simply enjoy the process.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

If the weather is kind, we’ll practice outside in the garden.
