This class is a gentle approach to peace and fitness of body, mind, and spirit led by Janice Robbins, and is based on the approach of Vanda Scaravelli, "in which you become intelligent and at the same time you are happy" (from the classic Awakening the Spine, published in 1995).
Janice has over 20 years experience and has certifications from the Priya Yoga, and Michelle Andrie's Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainings. Janice takes time to find about any injuries or health conditions her students may be dealing with before working with them.
