OCD Fellowship And Support

I'm super excited to announce another meeting!

We will meet via zoom to discuss our experiences with OCD as well as any resources that have been helpful to our recovery. The purpose is to support one another, to learn from each other, and most importantly, to understand we are not alone.

Anyone who has or thinks they have OCD may attend.

The meeting is broken into three sections. The first part we share on things helpful to our recovery, the second, we talk about about a specific topic related to OCD, and the last part, we have opening open sharing, we means we can talk about anything related to our recovery.
