Welcome to the HOPE & HEALING support group. We are deeply sorry for the loss that has brought you here, but we are also grateful that you have found us. This group is a safe space where you can find comfort, understanding, and support from others who have experienced the profound pain of losing a child (adult child, teenager, young child).

Our group currently meets Tuesdays at 7pm. We are led by empathetic individuals who have also faced the heart-wrenching loss of a child. We understand that each journey through grief is unique, and we are here to walk alongside you as you navigate this difficult path.

During our meetings, we will discuss some of the hopeful and helpful content from the book, When Tragedy Strikes: Rebuilding Your Life with Hope and Healing after the Death of Your Child. This faith-based (Christian) book offers valuable insights and guidance that can help us find a way forward, even in the darkest of times.

And while we meet at a church and discuss how God can heal a broken heart, you don't have to be a church-person, spiritual or religious to join us - ALL ARE WELCOME.

We hope that through sharing our stories, listening to each other, and offering mutual support, we can begin to heal and find hope together. Please know that you are not alone, and that we are here for you. We look forward to meeting you and supporting each other on this journey of healing.
