Reiki I class

Reiki I is the beginning Reiki level. It includes: a brief history or overview of Reiki, grounding, feeling the energy, the Reiki Principals, meditation & Self Reiki, how to use Reiki in your life, 2 Reiki symbols, how to sage/balance chakras and being connected with the Reiki energy through an attunement. When you are trained & attuned to Reiki I, you will become a channel to this energy and be able to use it for personal development and self-healing. PREREQUISITE: none, all are welcome to learn and experience Reiki.
Reiki I is a one day class 10:00 am to 6:00; Reiki I $245.00/reviewers $175.00. Nonrefundable deposit of $45 to hold your place in class; balance due at class registration. Class is held at my Antelope Cottage.

All are welcome to come experience and chat about Reiki. Bring your questions to our open discussion. We will have an opening Reiki meditation and closing Reiki meditation. Supporting each other on our Reiki path. Please feel free to bring a beverage in a non-spill drink container. Water will be available.
