Warm-Up Walk Wednesdays

Are you trying to motivate yourself to get out and walk? Are you looking to meet some new faces while getting in your steps? Come meet us every Wednesday morning to walk a 1/2 mile or 5 miles... Whatever tickles your fancy.
The walk will start from our storefront and go along the Mill pond, through Rotary and Willowbrook Parks. Walk a little, walk a lot, just come walk with us. Bring your strollers, walkers, pets, friends and most importantly, yourselves.
