Iron Lung is a science fiction horror film written and directed by Mark Fischbach in his feature directorial debut. It is based on the 2022 video game by David Szymanski.

Synopsis: Survivors of the apocalypse send a convict in a small submarine to explore a desolate moon that's an ocean of blood.
