After a SOLD OUT Los Angeles run in December, Piping Hot is going to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the entire month of August! Come watch as writer, comedian, and bagpiper, Madeleine Hamilton, teaches the audience about the bagpipes via stories of her sexual escapades.

This unique, memorable show is technically a first timer’s bagpipes lesson, but each part of the instrument unfortunately reminds her of a man from her past, and you know she’s going to talk about it.
She will weave a narrative of her search for love and coping with heartbreak against the backdrop of her true love: the loudest instrument ever. At its core, this hour-long one woman show is about love, lust, and the bagpipes.
As she walks the audience through her many failed (and often tragically comical) attempts at connection, she tries to piece together a common thread of what it means to love and be loved. She ultimately learns that it's ok that she doesn't have everything figured out at her ripe, old age of 25, and that love can take many forms.

PIPING HOT is funny, poignant, weird, dark, and sometimes graphic, but in ways you’d never imagine. If you’ve ever wondered what awkward first kisses have to do with the practice chanter, or a peanut butter blowjob has to do with the bag, then this is the show for you.
