Twin Peaks of Brighton a social cycling ride from Three Bridges Station to Brighton and back. There is an option to take the train back from Brighton if you want to complete half the route.

Leaving promptly at 09:30 (from the cycle racks at the western entrance to Three Bridges station), we will ride (all on road) South via Handcross to the Devils Dyke, climbing and dropping to Brighton a cafe stop. Route back out via Ditchling back to Crawley.

We will reach the highest point in Sussex at 248m on the return from Brighton.

A total of 50 miles if you complete the full round trip from Brighton and around 25/26 miles if you come to Brighton for the Lunch cafe stop and then return by Train. Please note that even if you intended to complete the full return trip, we may take a group call on weather and conditions which could result in a train trip back to Three Bridges.

Another option is a train return from Haywards Heath on the route back because we pass close to Haywards Heath on the route.

With the distance on this route and several hills, this is an intermediate to expert ride. However, we encourage people keen on stretching themselves to give it a try and the route is relatively short with a stiff climb at the end if you wanted to complete the first half of the ride only. No one will be left behind and we are a beginner friendly group that are focused on the fun of touring on the bike rather than speed.
