East Sussex Loop - from Polegate Station

A 38 mile loop on the lanes and trails of East Sussex starting and finishing
at Polegate Station.
The ride is rated medium with some hills around Heathfield.
Suitable for mountain bikes, hybrids, tourers and
robust road bikes. The off-road section will be the Cuckoo Trail from
Heathfield to Polegate.
We will stop for refreshments at the Tottingworth Farm cafe near Heathfield.
Suggested trains are;
Horsham 8.36 change at Gatwick. Arrive Polegate 10.07
Three Bridges 9.10 change at Haywards Heath. Arrive Polegate 10.07
