What we’re about
This group is built for people in and around the hospitality industry who want to connect, socialize, and meet like-minded friends.
We know hospitality can mean long, unpredictable hours that make it tough to build a social life. That’s why this space was created: a place where people who understand (and those curious to understand) the lifestyle can come together.
Whether you’re a server, busser, dishwasher, barista, bartender, manager, chef, cook — or simply someone who appreciates the hospitality world — you’re welcome here. Our gatherings usually happen on weeknights, since weekends tend to be busy for most of us.
Attendance will cost $5 to cover the Meetup membership fee as an organizer. This is not for profit, just to keep the group running.
At the beginning of each meetup, we’ll do a quick round of introductions, then relax and enjoy conversation over drinks, food, or nothing at all if you prefer. Every meeting, I’ll also take notes on your suggestions for future gatherings or tips to improve the experience — whether that means new activities, different formats, or fresh ideas.
Once we have at least 6 members, I’ll post the first meeting.
