This group is for anyone experiencing peri menopausal/menopausal symptoms .

I started this group because I have had a really tough time and would love to meet other women who are experiencing the same things. 

We can meet up anywhere, have coffee/lunch  and a good  laugh in a caring ,non judgemental enviroment.  We are open to any suggestions you may have.

Please be mindful that this is not a network marketing meet up. We are here to support and encourage each other.
