Get ready to turn up the confidence and bring the heat in our Hot & Heels dance class! This class is all about empowerment, sass, and self expression blending sexy choreography with confident energy. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced dancer, this is your time to shine.
💃🏽 What to Expect:
We’ll start with a short warm up to get those bodies loose and fierce, then move into choreography that’s all about attitude, balance, and body control. Expect to sweat, laugh, and leave feeling unstoppable!
👠 What to Wear:
• Comfortable clothing (leggings, shorts, crop tops, whatever makes you feel fabulous)
• Heels are encouraged but not required bring heels you can move in closed-toe or ankle support recommended. If you don’t want to wear heels please wear trainers you can move in.
• Knee pads (optional but great for floor work!)
* Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
💸 Payment Details:
* First class is free.
• Price: £3 per class or £10 for a package of 4 weeks of classes
• Payment either Bank Transfer or cash.
• Please send payment on Friday or if you’re paying cash please let me know Friday so I can confirm your spot.
