Welcome to Hot Flashes & Happy Hours! This is a social group for women (45 - 60) navigating the next phase of life with confidence, humor, and class. We’re active, engaged, and still saying yes—to hikes, travel, experiences, great conversations, and a well-earned cocktail.
This is not a venting group. While we all share common experiences, our focus is on sharing what works/what doesn't, as well as connection, laughter, and living well—right now. We believe this chapter can be vibrant, fulfilling, and fun, and we’re here to enjoy it together.
