Hot Girl Sunday Hike #1 – Brumley Forest Nature Preserve North

🌿 Event Description:

Come join the very first Hot Girl Hiking Club meetup!

This is a beginner-friendly hike at Brumley Forest Nature Preserve – North, a peaceful 3.4-mile loop featuring forest views, open meadows, and wildflowers. We’ll move at a slow, social pace with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and connect with new people. Whether you’re new to hiking or just want a laid-back Sunday reset, this is the perfect intro event.

🐾 Dogs, Kids & Strollers

Dogs are allowed on leash per park rules!
If you’re bringing a kiddo, note that this trail isn’t paved — baby-wearing or a trail-friendly stroller is likely your best bet. I’ll include trail details for every hike so you can plan what works best for you.

🎒 What to Bring:

• Water or your favorite drink — hydrated hotties only 😉
• Comfy walking shoes — trail sneakers, boots, or hiking sandals (whatever works for you — no need to be fancy)
• Bug spray & sunscreen — this is non-negotiable, we love protected skin & ankles
• A light jacket or layer — it may start cool, but it’ll warm up fast
• A small snack — fruit, jerky, granola bar, or something fun to share (we love trail snack lore)
• Your best chatty, open-to-meeting-people energy ✨

🌦️ Weather

We'll hike rain-or-shine event (unless there’s thunder or unsafe conditions). North Carolina weather can be unpredictable, but it's looking like no rain for now. I’ll post any updates the morning of, just in case!

There’s a small to medium parking lot right at the trailhead — it fills up quickly, especially on Sunday mornings, so arriving a bit early is a good move!

👋 We’ll meet in the parking lot near the trail entrance around 10:00 AM — I’ll be easy to spot!
