Join our energizing hot mat Pilates class designed to build strength, boost mobility, and leave you glowing from the inside out. This full-body workout blends traditional Pilates principles with dynamic, strength-focused movements — all in a heated room to deepen flexibility and intensify the burn.

Taught in English by an Australian-certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, this class is open to all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover.

More than just a workout, this class is about connection and community. After class, you’re invited to join us for coffee chats or spontaneous lake swims – because wellness is more than just movement.
