Some industries are full of people that look, think, and act the same. So how do you make waves in an industry where you look different? How do you break into organisations from a place of marginalisation?

We'll be hearing stories from people in surprising industries, that have made successes despite difficulties or adversities.

We're also very thankful to be hosted by Norwich University of the Arts, at their beautiful Duke Street Riverside building - in the incredible brand-new lecture theatre.
