Bagby Hot Springs - afternoon hike & evening soak

UPDATE : event moved back one week. Let's do a mid-week outing to Bagby hot springs, which is approximately an hour and a half drive from our meeting place near Tigard. And while it might be a warm day in the valley, plan on it being about 10-15 degrees cooler on the walk into Bagby. The easy hike takes around 25 - 30 minutes for the 1.3 mile each way mostly level walk. With any luck, it won't be very busy during the week up there. Bring cash for the driver and the per person fee ($5) at the Trailhead. Keep in mind Bagby is clothing optional - soak in whatever you are most comfortable with. While we probably won't be there after dark, it's always smart to bring a headlamp just in case. Other than that, a towel, water bottle, and something to snack on. Plan on being out approx 8 hours, and we can grab lunch going up. I'm allowing a little bit of extra time to get up and back, and up to 3 hours to soak, but sometimes you have to wait for a tub for a bit. Any questions, please direct message me.
