This group is for anyone who wishes to learn simple, effective processes and tools for relaxation, stress reduction, health and wellness, self-empowerment, self-improvement and overall happiness and well-being.
We now have over 600 members!
We offer numerous health and wellness-related Meetups, classes, events and trainings both "in person" and via "Zoom" and all are invited! Some are free and some have a nominal fee.
