Hello everyone,

We are pleased to present our first Hotel Investors and Owners group meeting. Our guest speaker will be Guy Ridley, the Director of Development for Cambria Hotels & Suites, a brand of Choice Hotels. The Cambria brand is seeing robust growth, with roughly 50 new Cambria properties ramping in the next year. Guy is available to discuss his outlook for the Hotel Industry broadly, what he sees happening with new and specialized brands, and any other hot button topics that we want to discuss. We envision a roughly 45-minute discussion about the Industry, followed by an hour of open networking.

The exact location for this Meetup is TBD, but we intend to host it somewhere close to the NYU International Hospitality Conference, for convenience sake.
