Reopening: Financial Analysis, Tools and Procedures for Hotels to Return Safely

Hi, I wanted to thank Craig for having me come on board to assist in running these meetings and for the great introductory email. I am Ben Steinman. I work for Konica Minolta. I specifically focus on technology in the hospitality space and I will be offering my insight and help to get us up and running virtually.

This event will run a little differently. We will be meeting in an online setting. Depending on attendance, we will have more of an open forum to discuss various issues. Obviously, with higher attendance, it will be hard to have an open discussion. We will all be working through the kinks as best we can and adjusting them after the first meeting. In the future, I hope to introduce breakout rooms but I wanted to try this version first. For now, we will be using Google Meet as our platform. The link for the event is attached to the body of this invite.

For our first meeting returning from in-person events, (which may not happen for a while,) we will have Craig or a representative discussing the financial repercussions of this situation. Then, I will discuss tools and procedures for safe reopening in the hotel space. We will then open the floor, discuss some current events, closings, openings, and areas where we could use some help.
