The key to unlock solutions is connection. I’m your host, Jennifer Birkholz, Realtor & Health Insurance Agent. I’m hosting a series of fun and educational networking events focused on women’s wellness to spur conversations and spread solution ideas for the (sometimes) unwelcomed symptoms of our ever-changing bodies. My discoveries did not come through my regular physicians, but through a series of chance encounters and willingness to talk about taboo topics.
We don’t know what we don’t know. In this series of happy hours, we will lift the veil of mystery around the complexities of menopause that all women will go through yet all with unique experiences. We will touch on other wellness topics as well. We can teach each other and introduce each other to professionals in the field of women’s wellness. PLUS+ we will network to lift each other up in business and personal lives.
