If you’ve been wanting to get stronger, build your glutes, tone your body, and finally stay consistent — this class is for you.
This is a women-only, semi-private training session (max 4 women) held insideprivate gym Irvine 92614.
No crowds. No pressure.
Just a welcoming space, good energy, and a structured workout designed for results — even if you’re a total beginner.
