Join us for a Househacker and Investor Happy Hour! Our monthly meetup is heading to Compass Fremont for some more good times! Whether you're a seasoned real estate investor or just getting started, this event is for you. There will be free food and drinks, so come hungry and thirsty.

Here is what the evening will look like:

6:00-7:00 pm - network with other investors and aspiring investors. This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, make new connections, and share ideas.

7:00-7:30 pm - Katy Sweeden, AKA "The Condo Queen" will present on Condoization of DADU's.

Katy Sweeden (formerly Dacanay) has been helping clients develop their properties with condos since the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (“WUCIOA”) first went into effect in July of 2018. She has personally worked on more than 500 condos, and has been dubbed the “Condo Queen” by those in the industry. She is well-versed in the statutory requirements and other issues, including utilities, HOA insurance, HOA budgets, accessory dwelling units, and other common issues that clients run into.

After the presentation, we'll have more networking and drinks until 9:00 pm. This is your chance to ask questions, exchange contact information, and continue building your network.
