Led by Sabrina Rollo- Our session begins with a gentle meditation to relax the body and settle the mind. From there, we move into a guided breathwork journey, followed by an immersive sound bath to support integration. We’ll close with a few moments to share, reflect, and ask questions.
Breathwork is an active meditation that uses intentional breathing to soften the body, quiet mental chatter, and release stored emotional energy. As the breath deepens, the subconscious opens, creating space for clarity and insight.
A sound bath is a restorative experience using crystal singing bowls and harmonic instruments to calm the nervous system and invite the body into a deeper state of relaxation. The vibrations create a sense of spaciousness and stability, offering a simple yet powerful opportunity for deep rest and renewal.
