What words did you grow up hearing to describe your body?
Most of us women were handed a language of shame, silence, or clinical distance — and we’ve been navigating our pleasure (or the absence of it) from that foundation ever since. Tonight, we change that.
Your body has over 10,000 nerve fibers dedicated to pleasure alone. You were never taught that. Neither were you taught the full anatomy of your own clitoris, the ancestral roots of yoni steaming, or that asking for what you want in intimacy is not selfish — it is sacred.
The Womb Lab is a monthly gathering for women exploring womb health, body literacy, and ancestral healing. This month’s theme is Pleasure Is Medicine — and we’re going all the way in.
We’ll cover:
• The neuroscience of pleasure and why your body is literally built for it
• Recent scientific discoveries about clitoral anatomy that most doctors still don’t know
• The five senses as portals to presence, healing, and full-body pleasure
• Yoni steaming as ceremonial self-care
• How to ask for exactly what you want — in intimacy, in relationships, in life
