In this immersive workshop, we use the breath—our most intimate and continuous companion—as a gateway to presence, ecstasy, and inner transformation. Inspired by the wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism and Tantric Shaivism, we engage in dynamic breathing and gentle touch to awaken the subtle body and shift our sense of self.

Through cycles of expansion and contraction, stillness and intensity, we begin to dissolve habitual tensions, alter our body image, and activate the energetic channels and centers that hold both blockages as well as our most vital energies and potentials.

This is not a performance or a technique to master, but an invitation to explore breath as prayer, sensation as a guide, and the body as a doorway to our innermost truth

No prior experience with tantra or breathwork is required—just curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to be moved.
