House of Wellness is a welcoming community for people who want to slow down, reconnect, and care for themselves in a more intentional way. This group is for anyone seeking creative, grounding experiences and meaningful connection in a supportive environment.
Our workshops blend mindfulness, expressive arts, and guided reflection, and are open to everyone. Events are thoughtfully facilitated by licensed therapists and designed to feel warm, accessible, and low-pressure. No experience needed — just come as you are.
