Parking Instructions (UPDATED, VERY IMPORTANT)
Parking is available in the Esperson Building garage and will be validated at the event. The entrance to the parking garage is off Rusk street.
- Park in the Esperson garage (validation provided)
- Exit garage and take elevators down from second floor to first floor where to the main elevators
- Follow directional signs to the elevator which will take you to the 24th floor
- Look for our sign with a QR code to receive your free parking
- Join us for food and drinks before 3 incredible presentations!
- When exiting the garage ONLY SCAN THE QR CODE, NOT YOUR ORIGINAL TICKET
If You arrive after 7 PM the Esperson garage will be closed to new entrants!
Please Use Mellie Esperson Building Entrance at 815 Walker Street (for those that park elsewhere or Uber/Lyft)
- Call button for Security on right side of center doors
- Inform Security you are there for the Houston AI Club event
- They will unlock the door electronically so you may enter
Arrival Time & Refreshments
Please arrive as close to 6:00 PM as possible. We'll have a brief period for food and networking, then begin presentations promptly at 6:30 PM.
We will be serving sandwiches, chips, cookies, and a veggie tray for all attendees.
