Join us for 3 incredible presentations on AI, networking, and food! We are a growing community of over 2000 students, executives, and AI professionals looking to connect and learn about AI!

- 6:00 - 6:25 PM: Check-in, Refreshments and Networking
- 6:25 - 6:35 PM Announcements & What’s new in AI this month
- 6:35 - 7:00 PM: Keynote
- 7:00 - 7:40 PM: Rapid Fire Presentations
- 7:40 - 8:00 PM: Q&A, Wrap-up, and Networking
Parking Instructions (UPDATED, VERY IMPORTANT)
Parking is available in the Esperson Building garage and will be validated at the event. The entrance to the parking garage is off Rusk street.
- Park in the Esperson garage (validation provided)
- Exit garage and take elevators down from second floor to first floor where to the main elevators
- Follow directional signs to the elevator which will take you to the 24th floor
- Look for our sign with a QR code to receive your free parking
- Join us for food and drinks before 3 incredible presentations!
- When exiting the garage ONLY SCAN THE QR CODE, NOT YOUR ORIGINAL TICKET
If You arrive after 7 PM the Esperson garage will be closed to new entrants!
Please Use Mellie Esperson Building Entrance at 815 Walker Street (for those that park elsewhere or Uber/Lyft)
- Call button for Security on right side of center doors
- Inform Security you are there for the Houston AI Club event
- They will unlock the door electronically so you may enter
Arrival Time & Refreshments
Please arrive as close to 6:00 PM as possible. We'll have a brief period for food and networking, then begin presentations promptly at 6:30 PM.
We will be serving sandwiches, chips, cookies, and a veggie tray for all attendees.
