Join the Houston AI Club for a hands-on Grow with Google workshop designed to help entrepreneurs, founders, and small business teams use Gemini to automate and streamline everyday business workflows.
In this practical session, guest speaker Maria Elena will walk through real-world examples of how business owners can use Gemini to save time, reduce manual work, and improve productivity. You’ll learn how to use AI to draft emails, generate proposals, create SOPs, organize customer information, summarize documents, build marketing assets, and more.

Parking Instructions (VERY IMPORTANT)
Parking is available in the 801 Travis St garage off Rusk St and will be $5 and discounted with a QR code during the presentations when you attend the event. The entrance to the parking garage is off Rusk street.
- Google Maps and Park in the "801 Travis St Garage" (any floor after 5:30 PM)
- Walk to the center of the garage and scan the Metropolis Parking QR Code (discount code will be provided during the meetup)
- Take elevators down to the G floor
- Walk across the hallway to the other elevators which will take you to the 17th floor
Arrival Time & Refreshments
Please arrive as close to 6:00 PM as possible. We'll have a brief period for food and networking, then begin presentations promptly at 6:30 PM.
We will be serving sandwiches, chips, cookies, and a veggie tray for all attendees.
