DETAILS: Join us to explore the trails along the LLano river at the South Llano River State Park is located in the western part of the Texas Hill Country about an hour west of Kerrvill Texas, it's managed by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and lies in the valley of the Llano River. The park, which consists of 2,600 acres along the south bank of the Llano River, opened to the public in 1990.
Difficulty: medium.
Trail conditions: mostly unpaved nature trails mostly gravel and granite
Gathering Place: After entering the park follow the map to the Walk-in Camping parking lot look for the group.
