[PAID]-PLDI 2026: AI Augmented Product Discovery

Product Leaders Day India is back for its third edition. This year's theme is AI Augmented Product Discovery: how product teams use AI to find the right problems faster, validate ideas with evidence, and make decisions they can defend.
This is a one-day, single-track conference for product managers, product leaders, founders and CPOs. You'll get practical, applied ways to bring AI into discovery without losing the craft of good product judgment.

WHAT WE'LL COVER
Discover: using AI to surface unmet needs faster, turning interviews, support signals and analytics into sharp, prioritized opportunities.
Validate: pressure-testing ideas with synthetic users, rapid experiments and evidence before committing engineering effort.
Decide: turning discovery into fundable bets with AI copilots, opportunity-solution trees and clear trade-offs.

THE TEAM CHALLENGE
This year, you won't just listen, you'll practise. Before the event, attendees form teams of up to 10 around product problem statements and work them using AI in discovery. On the day, teams present what they found on stage in 10-minute slots, one after every two speakers.
