Houston Area AWS Certified Training Meetup Group is dedicated to learning and providing free training/mentoring to become AWS Certified Solution Architects - Associate. The group is sponsored by International Communications Management, Inc. and will provide weekly virtual training on AWS to pursue certification. The training is self-paced, but members are expected to make progress and that progress will be charted in a spreadsheet each week. Mentoring, discussion groups, and training will occur at the weekly meetings. There is no cost for the training, but members may incur small costs for curriculum or cloud-based lab environments. We will try to keep these costs as low as possible. Let's role up our sleeves and learn AWS.
You should join if you are an IT professional or want to be an IT professional and would like to add cloud skills to your skill set. If you think you need prerequisite training before pursuing AWS, we can refer you to other Meetup Groups to attend concurrently.
