If you are not a Real Estate Professional and are or expect to be involved in the lease or purchase of Commercial Real Estate in the future and want to learn how to go about it - i.e. what you can do for yourself and what you can't or shouldn't - here's your opportunity to learn about and discuss the topic with your peers and real estate professionals who are willing to discuss things with you without a commitment on your part. We will be discussing many new tools coming onto the market that are aimed at the do-it-yourself-er, or the do-some-of-it-yourself-er, some things you really ought to know about the real estate process, and hopefully other topics in demand by members.
