Caring for an aging loved one or supporting families in healthcare can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to do it alone.
This group is for:
• Families who are caring for seniors and want resources, support, and community.
• Healthcare professionals (nurses, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, etc.) who want to connect, share resources, and support families.
We host monthly workshops, resource nights, and wellness events in Houston that bring families and healthcare together. Topics include senior care, healthy living, stress relief, safety at home, and more.
