We’re excited to bring sphere to our facility, a soccer-inspired fitness experience built by former Major League Soccer player Michael Chabala, designed to help adults move with purpose, connect like teammates, and play for something bigger than themselves.

But this isn’t just another workout, it’s a whole new kind of experience.

sphere combines the rhythm of soccer with the energy of group fitness to create 45–60 minute sessions that flow like a game. From warm-up to cooldown, every class is structured, intentional, and built to keep you moving, no matter your fitness or skill level.
