The Art of Discussing Art "Art and Nothingness: Avoiding the Void"

Join us for our most talked about event of the year! We have once again put together a combination of a lively topic and artwork. And even though we will be using Zoom, there will still be a breakout into groups led by intrepid docents showing us their selection of art to discuss.

Why this topic? What could be a more fitting topic for a year in which so much that had been was reduced to nothingness – a year in which void-filling became a major occupation as normal travel and entertainment vanished into the past and could only anticipate an uncertain future!

Please join your familiar expert docents from the MFAH for a light-hearted approach to nothingness, aided by great artists, writers, and thinkers. We will simulate our usual format with the use of Zoom’s Breakout Rooms. More details and a formal invitation will follow next month but you can RSVP early.
