Hadoop Hackathon!

For the next meetup, we are having a hackathon! We will simulate collecting data from power meters, storing it in HDFS, and then making this part of an ETL processing.

I will prepare a small set of data, and maybe a data generator. I will also bring slides where I will outline some approaches, and we will start with that.

Come to HTC at 5:30 PM, pizza, water and soft drinks would be provided, and we will rock.
