Dr. Maxine Mendez-Williams, Ph.D., brings over 25 years of extensive human resources experience, including policy development, classification and compensation, succession planning, employee development, performance management, grievance handling, compliance auditing, and training and development. She holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Organizational Management Leadership, a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Dr. Mendez-Williams has worked across various sectors including the U.S. Military, city, state, and federal government, where she performed roles in compliance auditing, classification and compensation analysis, and developed training programs. Her diverse background also includes leadership roles in the U.S. Military and 10+ years in federal government, supervising subordinates and overseeing programs. She served in state government for a year, supervising a customer service unit, ensuring compliance, and developing policies and procedures. Additionally, she managed HR functions for the Parks and Recreation Department in city government for seven years.
As the CEO of Millennial Business Solutions LLC, she applies her deep knowledge of business and management to provide comprehensive services in HR consulting, business formation, business credit services, and offering payroll, staff management, and compensation packages to other small companies. Dr. Mendez-Williams is passionate about empowerment and believes in giving everyone a second chance, which is reflected in her commitment to aiding entrepreneurs transition into successful business owners. She is also a Board Certified Business Credit Consultant/Specialist, contributing her expertise to develop effective business finance strategies and plans.
