Movie Night Project Hail Mary Book Club Celebration

After a strong run of great books and discussions, it’s time for a reward. Join us for a movie night featuring Project Hail Mary. This is a fun break for everyone who has been reading with the group, but it’s also open to anyone who enjoys science fiction and good conversation.
Plan for the evening:
6:30 PM — Meet at River Oaks Theatre (2009 W Gray St). We’ll gather in the lobby or bar area to say hello, grab a drink, and talk a little about the book before the movie.
7:00 PM — Movie starts.
Around 9:40 PM — After the movie ends, we’ll head somewhere nearby (likely Little Woodrow’s Midtown or a nearby bar/café) to discuss the film, compare it to the book, and talk about our favorite moments.
Whether you read the book or just want to enjoy a good sci-fi film with thoughtful people, you’re welcome to join. Bring a friend if you like.
