Larry Ciscon - is VP of Engineering at TxRx Labs. . Larry is also the Engineer in Residence for Rice’s Ion facility. He received the NASA Innovation Award, and the Rice Young Engineers Award for 2000. Larry holds bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rice University. Larry is planning a cross country roadtrip in an EV that will be run completely off-grid. All of the necessary food, water and power will be carried with the occupants in the vehicle. Custom made solar with two axis tracking is part of the plan.
