This will be a 'go at your own pace' event...the pace of the main group may be brisk! If you cannot keep up, you can explore at your own pace and then rendezvous back at the Metro Rail station for the trip back to the Ion.

Park across Fannin Street from the Ion in the parking lot at 4211 Fannin Street. Use that address in Google to visit the Ion and your journey will be simpler!
When Google says you are at 4211 Fannin Street, the parking lot will be to your left. Fannin is a one-way street, so the parking lot will definitely be to your left.
Parking is free for three hours and 5 bucks after that.
