Itziar Aguirre (CoStar): Texas Triangle Multifamily Fundamentals

We are excited to host Itziar Aguirre, Senior Market Analyst at CoStar during our next meetup scheduled for Thursday, March, 24th from 11:30am-1:00pm. Itziar will be discussing the current market fundamentals associated with multifamily properties with a focus on the Texas Triangle (Houston, Dallas-Ft. Worth, San Antonio, and Austin). CoStar is a leading provider of commercial real estate information and analytics, and we use their underwriting reports extensively in our own underwriting and research.

We will be once again hosting the session at the offices of JLL. The conference room opens out into a spacious patio/balcony on the 9th floor of the building with scenic views of River Oaks and downtown. Weather permitting, we will once again have floor-to-ceiling doors open during the session:
