Ryan Gregory and Rachel Alexander of JLL: Houston Market Overview

For our next session on Thursday, April 14th from 11:30am-1:00pm, we will be hosting Ryan Gregory, Director, Multifamily Sales, and Rachel Alexander, Director, Research from JLL. Ryan and Rachel will be discussing the current state of the multifamily market in Houston as well as current trends and forward-looking forecasts. They will also review some of the recent transactions that they have been involved with in the market as well as currently offered deals.

The session will once again be held in the conference room at JLL's offices in Houston. We hope to enjoy the current string of pleasant weather and have the floor-to-ceiling doors open during the session:
