Dinner at El Kiche (Guatemalan food)

Details
For this month's polyglot meeting we will check out El Kiche Bakery, a Guatemalan restaurant. Traditional Guatemalan dishes are mostly based on Mayan cuisine, with influences from Spain. Flavors and techniques differ from region to region. Common ingredients include rice, corn, chilies, and beans, and the country is home to the Hass avocado. Cocoa beans were once used as currency by ancient Mayans, and hot chocolate has been popular for a long time.
This restaurant has its own bakery, and I highly recommend their pan dulce.
Come and join us, make some new friends, and try new dishes!
