Dinner at Tostada Regia

Let's finish up the year by going back to one of our classic spots. Let's meet at Tostada Regia and eat some tostadas. If you have never had tostadas before, these are crispy tortillas with a variety of toppings usually eaten as snacks. The word "Regia" means "from Monterrey," which is the financial capital of Mexico, located in the North of the country and only a few hours from Houston.
